Business Analyst (with Product Ownership Pathway)

Based in a Manchester office | Up to £50,000 + benefits

Be part of something bigger than just a job.

Our client is a leading health-tech brand on a mission to improve lives through smarter digital healthcare. Having traditionally relied on an externally built platform to support the NHS, they’ve now brought development in-house and are building out a brand-new engineering function.

As part of this exciting transformation, they’re hiring a Business Analyst, but not just any BA.

This is a pivotal role, perfect for someone with strong analysis skills and the ambition (or experience) to evolve into a Product Owner. You'll help shape a flagship product that directly supports NHS services and improves how patients interact with their care.

If you’re driven by purpose and want to contribute to a culture focused on genuine impact—this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Define, gather, and manage business and user requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, clinical experts, and marketing to turn insights into solutions.
• Take increasing ownership of product decisions and backlog prioritisation, with a clear pathway toward Product Ownership.
• Shape the content strategy side of the product—driving engagement and working with internal teams to curate and deliver meaningful information to patients and clients.
• Champion clarity, consistency, and long-term value in how content is structured and shared.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile product teams.
• A natural communicator with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
• A strong interest in (or prior experience with) Product Ownership.
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical collaborators—especially in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Bonus: experience building digital content strategies and collaborating with marketing or clinical teams.

Why this role?

• Mission-Driven: Your work directly impacts patient care and NHS efficiency.
• Pathway to Product: Ideal for someone ready to evolve into a Product Owner role.
• Multi-Disciplinary Impact: Blend tech, content, clinical insight, and marketing to deliver value.

If you're a detail-driven thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for making tech better for people, apply now and we'll fill you in on the full details of the role and how you can nail the interview process
