What You’ll Do

Full-Stack Feature Ownership: Design and ship end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
AI-Accelerated Development: Use tools like Claude, Copilot, and Cursor to bypass boilerplate and focus on high-level architecture and complex logic.
Global Scale: Build and optimize services that serve a diverse, international client base, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
DevOps Excellence: Take ownership of your code from local dev to production. You’ll work with AWS and refine our CI/CD pipelines to ensure we can deploy multiple times a day with total confidence.
Product Thinking: Work closely with product and design teams to challenge assumptions and ensure we are building the most impactful solutions for our customers.

What You Bring

We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer (full stack), with experience gained within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment and with the ability to guide your peers on best practice. Experience with some (or all) of the following and an ability and willingness to learn would make you a great match to come and join us:

JavaScript/TypeScript Mastery: You are an expert in the modern JS ecosystem, specifically React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
Infrastructure Fluency: You’re comfortable navigating AWS and understand the value of automated testing and deployment.
The "AI Force Multiplier" Mindset: You’ve already integrated AI tools into your workflow to increase your output and quality.
Product Intuition: You think about the "Why" before the "How." You care about user experience and business impact.
Seniority & Mentorship: You enjoy leveling up the engineers around you through code reviews, architectural discussions, and sharing best practices.
